Exchange - The customer must send the item back within 14 days from the day of receipt by registered mail, or by door-to-door courier mail through the company or independently to the address of our house in Holon in its original packaging. If it turns out that the item has not been used at all, the company will make the exchange and send the customer the item he wishes to receive in exchange for the returned item.
Return - all shoes must be tried on a clean surface. In order to return the item, the customer must send the item back to the company within 48 hours of receiving it. After the item reaches the company, the company will check that it has not been used, that it has not suffered any defects or damage, and that it has been returned in brand new condition in its original packaging. Also, it should be emphasized that the label and all other things that came with the item must be on it in its entirety at the time of return. In the event that the return was not made due to a defect or discrepancy, by virtue of the consumer protection regulations (cancellation of a transaction), cancellation fees will be charged at the rate of 5% of the amount of the transaction and up to NIS 100, whichever is the lower.
